A choice of recruitment solutions

We spoke to a lot of researchers to find out what they want from recruitment. Whilst the core answer is pretty consistent – 'clean', respondents who are recruited precisely on spec – there is far less consistency about the best way to find them.

With this in mind, we offer two different solutions to the recruitment dilemma.

Traditional recruiters

Many researchers believe that only the traditional methods and instincts of the experienced recruiter can deliver the respondents they want. If this is you, and you already have a recruiter in The Talking Shop areas whom you trust, then you already have the ideal recruitment solution should you want to use one of our studios.

If you don’t know any recruiters in the area, but still prefer to go down this route, then we have good relationships with a number of recruiters who have been recommended to us by our clients. We can either organise the whole recruitment process for you, or can simply put you in touch with a local recruiter so that you can sort it out directly – it's entirely up to you.

An alternative solution – The Real List

Since setting up The Talking Shop it has become clear that not everyone is happy with the traditional approach for a number of reasons. That's where The Real List comes in.

The Real List is a fast-growing database of willing but largely inexperienced members of the public. It is not bought in, we recruit everyone ourselves, using a variety of methods, which means it has a number of advantages:
