The viewing studios
We have three research studios, all of which feature stylish, comfortable furniture, air-conditioning and all the latest AV Kit including pan tilt zoom cameras and recording to DVD and MP3 audio.
We also offer wireless internet access, web-streaming and Mediacam software for internet depth interviews. Digital footage is available within 24 hours if required. Click on technology for more information.

Food
It’s all in the details! The little things can have a disproportionate effect on how everyone feels about the research and most people feel better when they are well fed. For this reason we supply complimentary tea & coffee as well as nibbles including healthy snacks such as fruit (and less healthy treats like crisps, biscuits and chocolate).
If you want something more substantial we provide a wide range of options from simple sandwiches, hot or cold buffets or a hot meal. We also use a delivery service that can collect hot food from many of Manchester’s top restaurants.
Nor have we forgotten the moderator who is often busy when the food is served. As soon as they arrive we offer them a light meal such as a sandwich or some sushi - with our compliments.
