Web-testing

We can supply laptops, projectors and monitors so that you can conduct website evaluation sessions as groups or depths. For depth interviews, we can provide software which records both the respondent, and their navigation of a website. Ring us for further information.

Web-streaming

It isn't always possible for all clients to attend the groups, so we have chosen to work with Active Group to provide a reliable, economical web-streaming service.

ActiveGroup are one of the US's most established and advanced suppliers of user-friendly web-streaming services.

Internet access

There is fast, reliable internet access in all the client and respondent rooms – either wireless or wired – making it very easy for you to pick up your emails using your laptop.

Digital Recording

DVD recordings can be provided in AVI or MPEG format. In most instances, these are available the next working day.
